New Additions to the Online African Flora Project.
I am happy to present that the Oline African Flora Project has added 4 more African countries to the system. The basic frameworks of the floras of Angola, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda were launched on the 15th August 2026. See

We have started to add the taxonomic checklists and other data content such as images, records and descriptions. This will be another humongous task on top of the work still being done for the previous additions of Rwanda, Burundi and DR Congo.
If anyone is interested and willing to lend a hand with building up the sites or knows of any person or institute who would be willing to do so, please let us know.
Greetings on behave of the Online African Flora team
Bart
