In Search of Ducks!

I finished my work early today and drove out to the Neches River National Wildlife Refuge, hoping it would be open, and it was! I only had an hour to look around before the closed. I wanted to find winter waterfowl and searched a marshy area near the entrance, but no luck. As I was walking back to my car, I saw the park manager, Leo, and asked him where to find some ducks. He told me to drive about a mile down the road to a lake which held plenty of ducks. I didn't have time to drive down there, so I'll go back next Friday.
