Well, I finally bought a trail camera and it seems to be working. A coyote and some deer so far. I think I will increase the resolution to the highest setting.

Comments
Check the resolution of the sensor. A lot of times trail cameras have megapixel settings which exceed the resolution of the sensor. This adds nothing but file size and reduced battery life.
