Had to seal off Nesting Boxes Alpha and Bravo because sparrows were beginning to make nests. Hope to reopen in three or four days to give Eastern Bluebirds another opportunity to occupy the boxes.

If you aren't opposed to lethal removal of the House Sparrows you can leave the boxes open and plug them at night while the sparrows are roosting. The males roost inside so then you can go back in the morning and humanely euthanize them to give the bluebirds a better chance.

Thank you for your suggestion. Do you have any recommendations, or can recommend a website, in regard to methods of eutanizing the sparrows?
This website dedicated to bluebirds has a lot of information on ways to dispatch unwanted birds. http://www.sialis.org/hospdispatch.htm
