Typical Cicadas (Family Cicadidae)Observer

In a paperbark tree. Based on the observations of others, I think it might be a Black Prince. I took two recordings from neighbouring trees - sounded a little different but presumably the same species.
What
Genus AplysiaObserver
beachcomber657Description
This is the first sea hare I've ever seen in this small pool. This pool varies in depth, is sometimes completely filled in with sand but currently has the most biodiversity I've seen over a three year span.

The smaller ones, I assume juveniles, were being hassled by ants and seemed agitated until the adult arrived and settled with them. Appeared to be protective behaviour.
What

Not confident about this id because although it looks so similar it hasn't been noted in iNaturalist as occurring here.

These were in the middle of a damp mud road in the national park moving as a tight mass in the same direction and all stopping and going still at the same time when they became aware of me.
