Windy, so crummy photo quality however definitely looked like and sounded like a Leopard Frog in "person". Based on vocalizing ripples in the water a male. Several Leopard Frogs and "peepers" could be heard in this pond. VERY good sign in terms of fresh water quality here, as amphibians are often the first to go.
