Witnessed ants streaming from a crack in concrete. Investigated and found a Blind snake eating ant larvae. By the time I got a picture it was gone, but there was a shed in the same crack.

Caught in a glue trap in a neighbor’s garage. Snake was dehydrated and malnourished. Cleaned, fed and watered in quarantine for two weeks, then released in appropriate habitat 30 meters from original capture site on the edge of a creek.

The most excitable atrox I’ve seen in years. Zipped right off the road as soon as the hook touched it. 2.5-3ft. No moon. 88 degrees Fahrenheit.
