jbeckyDescription
It was a dark and stormy night in suburbia. This snail, smaller than any other snails observed during a break in the storm, was clamped tight to the underside of a holly leaf in a dark area of the yard. I let it be.

Moonseed Moth (Plusiodonta compressipalpis)Observer
jbeckyDescription
A different individual than my other Moonseed tonight. I put them both in because I went back and forth between them to compare, so I observed them both closely. I was wondering if this was a female, but I never did figure out it's hiding its antennae. Each was under its own light, about 20 feet apart, at the same time.
