Description

Cool night though one of the warmest in a while. Seen flying out of the University of Florida bat houses about 15 minutes after sunset.
Class Mammalian: Tetrapod with fur
Order Chrioptera: can see the distinct silhouette of the bats body and patagium, has powered flight

Tadarida brasiliensis, Myotis austroriparius, and Nycticeius humeralis are known to live in these bat houses

Order Strigiformes: large bird, Out at night, larg forward facing eyes (hard to see with the lighting), silhouette of "horns" of a great horned owl prominent
