Along path, surrounded by mature conifers, single.
Cap 3 cm, brown, silky, smooth at centre, elsewhere with radial fibrils, low umbo, flesh under cap white, thicker at centre.
Stem 6 cm X 1 cm, colour of cap, thickly pruinose at top, widening down to a rounded whitish bulb with mycelium under
Odour--mild, somewhat radishy
Spores angular and nodulose, 8 um in longest width. A few cheilocystidia, fusiform, crystals on top, 40 um X 10 um.

Julianna delivered the dry specimen and photos to me for vouchering.
Found on Pinus contorta in the Sproat Lake woodlands, Vancouver Island, about 300 ft above sea level. A rocky, moss and lichen area rising above the mixed conifers below.
Spores about 5 X 2.5 um, tubular with curved ends (see pics)

Spores are quite small, about 4umX4um. Pronounced fruity odour, apricot-like. Thick, cespitose habitat. Stem coloured as cap, widening downward, becoming hollow.
Given the water spots on the top, this is likely the species that @dannymi says is identical to the EU Paralepsta gilva. See https://www.alpental.com/psms/ddd/Tricholomatineae_ic/index.htm
