Based on internet articles I've read on Berothidae, there is only one known species, so far, from the Philippines, Isoscelipteron philippinicola. Could this be it? If there are other species, please let me know. Thanks

Photos are of one and the same specimen.

Flower looks similar to that of Torenia crustacea but this plant and many others of its kind, in the site, have red leaves.

Utricularia heterosepala is a small carnivorous plant that belongs to the genus Utricularia. It is endemic to the Philippines, where it can be found on the islands of Palawan, Luzon, and Sibuyan. U. heterosepala grows as a subaquatic plant in shallow water or creeks, usually at low to medium altitudes. It was originally described and published by Ludwig Benjamin in 1847. U. heterosepala is distinct from the rest of the members in section Oligocista by apparently always lacking bracteoles http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utricularia_heterosepala

Description

Compared to the three known Cystorchis species in the Philippines, the Palawan Cystorchis is different. It still needs to be identified. God willing, hoping it turns out to be a new species.
