It is so hard to see in this photograph. This bird has been pretty elusive… I see it early in the morning perched on a tree that hangs over the water. I’ve identified it via its calls as well.

I don’t have a good photograph. Before I saw this bird, I was able to identify the call. I have a video that is better quality. The bird is located in the top left quadrant of the photograph. I’ve seen it a few times. Such a beautiful blue and the white collar 😍
