I saw this male head bobbing on a soft-bark branch about 4 feet from the ground. He continued to do this and move about the branch for about 5 minutes. At this time a slightly smaller male approached from below the initial male. The two males began circling each other and head bobbing. The two individuals continued facing each other throughout the circling, and dewlaps were strongly visible. After about 8 circles the smaller male descended the branch and the initial male remained in his initial position. He proceeded to bob his head for another minute and a half, then ascended the branch and jumped to the window ledge.
It was a sunny afternoon in the low 80s. SVL of pictured male is 55mm.
