Cap is friable and has been eaten thin by tiny arthropods. Mushroom was also very wet. Annulus is still nicely intact, though. It was the only one and was on ground in organic matter. Mixed forest.

Not flowering at the moment. I was thinking may be some type of fern, but inat suggests it is something in the carrot family. It was growing as a colony of plants alongside a small area of hiking trail through pine-rhododendron dominant forest.
