One of several identical clusters on different branches of the Elderberry. Probably over 100 on this shrub.
Have also observed multiple Adalia bipunctata mating couples over the past week. So most likely this species. Will watch for hatching and larvae.

Birdbath is beneath the canopy of a large, mature London Plane Tree.
Really not sure about this one. I couldn't see any "siphons" on the rear of the abdomen. I also considered Psocodea, but couldn't find anything close to a visual match in my area.
Definitely a bug, Hemiptera.
Some distinctive markings visible in the photos:
- Stigma/dark margin along nearly the entire leading edge of the wing.
- Legs are dark, except for a narrow light/ivory colored band/ring on all upper femurs.
There's some green blob on the left wing.
