I grew up with parents that loved nature. I, as a result have developed a love for it myself. It is a fascinating subject, and partnering that with a newly developing love for photography, it is a match made in heaven. I often take photograph walks at our local park, and have had great fun discovering new things. In this area of Northern California, there are many great trails to explore. I especially love butterflies, flowers and the challenge of birds. I'm not adverse to taking a photo of anything I find interesting, though. Just discovered this site. And have loved finding out new information. It is a great storehouse of collective knowledge.
