I am a botanist and primitive skills hobbyist in the Sacramento area. I have a B.S. in Plant Biology from UC Davis, and work as an instructional assistant for the botany and zoology classes at American River College. I used to work as a curatorial assistant at the UC Davis herbarium, and I occasionally lead plant walks for the Sacramento foragers, Davis foragers, and ARC botany students. I enjoy long walks in the hills, but am mostly just looking for the perfect place to hang my hammock.
