“Hobby” interest is the Central Basin and Range lv3 ecoregion’s surprisingly diverse species assemblages. Which includes quite a number of recently extinct mammal taxa. Apparently all of the shrub-ox, horses, and llamas must have tasted very good to the first people in the region, but I digress.
