I am a backyard nature enthusiast. We feel so lucky to enjoy the trails and beaches in Santa Barbara with our Standard Poodle. And at our house, we have succeeded in growing many native plants that are a plentiful source of pollens for our backyard apiary and many butterflys. This menagerie is rounded out by our 4 chickens, who are a constant source of amusement in addition to some fabulous eggs.
