Because of my work, I’ve gotten to know quite a few Japanese Silphidae, and I’ve also started learning how to identify genera outside Nicrophorus. Someday, I hope to organize what I’ve learned from identifying Silphidae photos on iNaturalist into a quick visual guide that others can use too.
