My name is Aaron Lincoln. I grew up on an incredible 60 acre tract of Cross Timbers and Prairies where my parents instilled in me a deep love of all things natural. I studied Field and Organismal Biology at LSU in Shreveport where my thesis work involved investigating carotenoids in bird feathers in the Texas/Louisiana area with a concentration on Northern Cardinals. Thanks to Covid, I have been liberated from my mind-rotting job as a manager at Chili's. I am now the lab supervisor for Lhoist North America Chemical Lime here in Clifton, TX where I've been selected to lead the biodiversity initiative not only at the plant in Clifton, but also at our other Texas locations in Crawford, Nolanville, Marble Falls, and New Braunfels.
I'm a husband, father of 5 and a member of:

Rollin' Rock Club.
Every chance I get, I am outside marveling at God's creation, looking for new-to-me species and trying to help fill in the gaps of species data wherever I go.
