Though this is the dry tropics there is plenty to see. There are periods of rain too, when there is a change in the wildlife for instance interesting and beautiful fungi, frogs and big growth spurts in trees that did it hard when it was dry. Getting a digital camera has contributed to expanding our interest in 'whats outside'.
