Ever since I was a kid, I've wanted to know the name of every plant, animal, fungus, and insect I found. Learning what something was always made me appreciate it a little more, and before long that curiosity grew into a career in environmental education. It still feels the same today—every hike, park, or backyard is an opportunity to discover a species I've never noticed before.

That same curiosity inspires my work as an environmental educator, interpretive naturalist, and co-host of the Wildly Curious podcast, where I help others see the extraordinary hidden in the everyday.
