We're Matthew and Sara, the directors of Ocean Ventures Fiji, an environmentally-conscious scuba diving and snorkel operator in Natewa Bay, near Savusavu, Fiji.

We are both passionate about coral reef ecology and conservation, and have managed marine educational expeditions in Honduras, Dominica and Greece. In 2016 we moved to Fiji and set up and managed the marine educational expedition for Operation Wallacea. We now host school and university groups for coral reef ecology expeditions, as well as running diving and snorkelling day trips and teaching PADI diving courses.

We are both really interested in ID, and are collating an inventory of fish and invertebrate species we have seen in Natewa Bay, with almost 500 fish species identified to date.
