Wildlife and Fisheries Biologist with a wide variety of interests and a hunger for experiencing different conservation based work around the globe. Current M.S. Biology student at Western Carolina University, studying seasonal habitat use of Spotfin Chub in Western North Carolina.

While my work as a Farm Biologist and WMA Manager directs most of my focus to native grassland restoration and management, my passion is studying imperiled freshwater fishes. I have years of experience working with birds, amphibians, non-game species and large game. Avid diver and freshwater snorkeler, with my head underwater any chance I get.

Farm Biologist/WMA Manager at Caitlyn Farms Sustainably Raised Beef/White Oak Creek WMA: A grassfed beef operation and wildlife management area in Polk County, NC. Serving as a pilot farm where students, professionals, and the community can come together to conduct research, collaborate, and help bridge the gap between ranching and wildlife conservation.

Founder/President-Blue Ridge Conservation Science: A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focusing on restoring privately owned lands throughout Appalachia through education and outreach, conservation programs, research, and habitat restorations.
