I am an entomologist/wildlife biologist with Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML). My specialty is with insects, reptiles and bats. I am most familiar with insects and arachnids of the South Western United States, though I am a frequent visitor of Costa Rica and am quite familiar with much of the common insects and herpetofauna there. I am eager to learn more about natural world and want to participate in as many BioBlitz studies or ATBI projects as I can. I hope my explorations and observations in nature can contribute to science, but not for the purpose of hobbyists and collectors. From annoying mosquitos to rare tortoises, we are all connected. Balance is a key component in nature, no one species should have supremacy.
