I have experience in invasive plant species identification and management in New England. I am always looking to learn more about native and non-native plants!

My primary interests include the spread of escaped cultivated plants, established invasive species, and the detection of emerging threats in New England and the Northeast. My background includes ecological and conservation work with Mass Audubon and I am currently with The Trustees of Reservations, where I focus on land stewardship and conservation in Southeastern MA.

I am actively working to improve the accuracy of regional data by identifying cultivated or intentionally planted species that are incorrectly marked as "Wild." (check out Cultivated Plants of New England and Cultivated Plants of the Northeastern United States!)
