Believe this is the same type of insect that I observed just a few days ago sitting on a wall of the house. Here it got briefly stuck in a spider web. I saw a False Noble Widow start to move towards it, but I'm not sure if it wasn't stuck well enough or what, but the spider did not end up going out to get it, and I think it got free. At least 1 cm long, but did not measure.
