The target fish of the PU ("Personal Use") dipnet fishery is the sockeye salmon, but permit holders are allowed to keep 10 of these flounders which occasionally get caught. I have yet to see somebody actually keep one. My cousin's husband caught this one, and despite my protestations, threw it back.
