Some accidental by catch found lurking amongst Heterodermia speciosa (https://inaturalist.nz/observations/68711822) growing on privet (Ligustrum lucidum). Specimen minute, c. 8 mm by 5 mm, sterile, underside of thallus not black, dark brown to tan at margins. Soredia confined to lobe margins where I cannot see pseudocyphellae, upper thallus surface otherwise pseudocyphellate. Possibly P. subrudecta or possibly underdeveloped P. borreri.

I have not done chemical spot tests - not that important really.
