These poor frogs are destined for food. A woman was keeping them inside a netted cage beside the water hyacinths. They were about 4" long, mostly brown but one very turquoise. Our cycling guide said he learned as a child that this species can grow to 6 K, which seems impossible! He noted that they are usually eaten at this size.
