Description
The specimen was growing in large meadow along the Rock Shelter Trail in McKinney Falls State Park. The plant was found with other specimens in a medium-sized cluster that was close to other similarly-sized clusters. The flower's were axillary and dark blue with white and red accents. The top of the plant appears to be the carpel and stamens but I am unsure. I believe that the plant has bilateral symmetry. The specimen is approximately 3 inches tall and has small flowers (under 1 cm.)
