This was a wild animal that somehow ended up into the lemur exhibit at the Houston Zoo and I photographed it there. I previously thought that this could be a bird called the “Groove-billed Ani”, as the beak is very blurry and looked large to a bird-identification app called Merlin, which identified this as, along with the grackle, as said bird.
Of course the photo is blurry and the great-tailed grackle is more common in the area.
