Aspalathus sceptrum-aureum tb

Sparsely branched, densely leafy shrub to 2.5 m, with rod-like branches. Leaves 3-foliolate, leaflets terete, pungent. Flowers scattered, yellow, keel glabrous, calyx shortly velvety, lobes short and blunt. The plants were just coming into flower.
