Vagrant Emperors

Large Emperors, wingspan about 100mm. A half dozen or so milling around a vlei with puddles of water after the rain. Continually in flight. The occasional hover allowed some clumsy in-flight images, revealing the blue saddle that is diagnostic for the Vagrant Emperor. Finally, a pair settled down to procreate.
