Description

Self rescuing large Dragonfly

Seen tail dipping, presumably laying eggs directly into the water, no male around. Then seen in the water, flutter/swam over to a reed, crawled up and hang vertically to dry off. After several minutes, flew off.
I'm seriously "colour challenged" (colour blind in real speak!) worst apparently blue/green, but I do think that I see a blue saddle. Size, well, first thought was Blue Monarch, a male was flying around.
