CREW 2017/01/29 The Bend

As one emerges from the forest it is quite rocky on top of the cliff. These plants are found there in very shallow soil. Less that 300 mm tall. The buds are red while the flower is white which confuses if unexpected.

Subspecific taxa not evaluated in Red List so I have not attempted a variety,
