Pride-of-De Kaap

A medium sized shrub that seems to scramble and form a dense thicket and does well in the dry bushveld areas. The deep salmon-red flowers at this time of the year form a colourful mass on the bush. The leaves are 2 lobed. Has long, flat bean pods with pointed tips.
