99.68% match to a couple of G. borealis sequences from Europe, the first one from Bellanger,J.M., Moreau,P.A., Corriol,G., Bidaud,A., Chalange,R., Dudova,Z. and Richard,F. Plunging hands into the mushroom jar: a phylogenetic framework for Lyophyllaceae (Agaricales, Basidiomycota). This species has not been found in North America yet, so I'd call it Gerhardtia cf. borealis
