Description

grown in damp chamber, on bark of dead branch of Populus tremuloides. material collected on the 22 December 2021.
Colonies effuse, both on top and underneat pieces of bark, up to a few centimeter wide, pale brown, not synnematous or sporodochial. associated with Thaxteriella pezicula.

Conidiophore, relatively short, erect, rarely branched, conidiogenesis from numerous small denticle produced on terminal cells of conidiophore. Conidia helicoid, pale brown, usually around 6 septa, measuring about 15u wide and filaments measuring about 5-6u.
