Description

Black-backed? We do see them here regularly.

Looks like maybe mice ate it after it died? Bones seem to be intact. If it hit a window, it had to then fly around the corner of the building to die here, so I doubt that.

Looks like it was gripping its wing, like they sometimes do while you are banding them.
