Very fun observation for me! The bobcat (second pic) was just laying near the road at the springs when I pulled up. It ran off when I parked, but it came back after a couple of minutes and walked around the back of the pond, scaring off a small mule deer doe. A larger doe then came up to the cat, huffed and stomped at it--chasing the cat off into the brush.
Then when exiting the park, a bobcat (it looks like a different one to me, but I wouldn't guarantee it) crossed the road in front of me and was stalking a cottontail (first pic).
Easily the longest amount of time I've ever been able to view any wild cat.
