Arabis mosaic virus (ArMV), family Secoviridae, a viral plant pathogen infecting muscadine grapevines, and hosts like strawberries, raspberries, peach, celery, lettuce, horseradish, sugar beet, geranium, lilac, hops, and hemp; the early symptom of mosaic virus infection is light green leaf mottling with yellow discoloration, and as mosaic virus symptoms progress, the infected leaf pattern is frequently characterized by a mottled yellow, somewhat diffused light green appearance, with translucent areas, & becomes puckered, curled, or distorted
