Description
I happened to luck out while on UTSA campus and saw a female cicada killer wasp (Sphecius spheciosus) landing with prey. The area didn't appear to have a nest, so she was likely taking a break while returning with nest provisions. I frequently see these flying around, but they're normally flying by too quickly for me to do any photography. I had to take the opportunity to get some photos.
For the cicada, see https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/14667099.
