This observation was made around 3:40 pm. The environment was slightly windy, approximately 87 degrees and sunny. The organism was spotted in a shallow body of water along with other air-breathing catfish, various insects and tadpoles. It was long, with short fins and whiskers, the coloration was gray. Based on my observation and information provided by the following website, I concluded that it was a Walking Catfish.
