Description

The arrangement of the leaves on each branch was alternating. Also, the plant showed signs of producing seeds that were covered in cotton-like hairs, possibly to serve as "sails" in the wind.
This plant displayed green leaves which indicated that it had signs of chlorophyll within its cells. Consequently, this organism falls under the Kingdom Plantae since it's a multicellular and photosynthetic eukaryote. Source: https://biology.tutorvista.com/organism/kingdom-plantae.html
The geographical distribution of this organism is universal across the globe, except in frigid habitats such as Antarctica.
