Description

This plant is known as "topwuk" in Pohnpeian and is distinguished from "oahr" which is separately identified in Pohnpeian. Topwuk has a larger leaf and larger, more open leaf bract. Oahr and topwuk can be easily recognized from 30 meters and more in distance.
