This is a Guyana blind snake, one of, if not the smallest snakes in the world. This one was under some leaf litter I think near Km41 at the BDFFP. That's Phil Stouffer's hand. The species is synonymous with several other names, including Epictia tenella which was an ID given to me by Rafael de Fraga of Brasil's INPA.
