Lanner Falcon.

Didn't manage to get a good shot as it flew away too fast. But I got a good look at it with my binoculars while it was overhead and have no doubt that it was a Lanner. Large falcon with midium-sized tail, fairly long wings and pale pinkish below. No barrings or streaks.
