This would seem to be the most likely species in range here, found in coastal "fog belt", known host plant ornamental pines of which we have many nearby, and looks same as example at BG with BOLD confirmation https://bugguide.net/node/view/512366/bgpage

R. zozana seems the only other option but this species with basal area forewing dark bluish-gray, distribution further north.
